You will play a critical part in ensuring our production equipment operates at peak performance while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.</p><p><strong>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</strong></p><ul><li>Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventive care on cold prep and tire building equipment to ensure optimal functionality</li><li>Diagnose equipment malfunctions and mechanical issues using analytical problem-solving skills and appropriate diagnostic tools</li><li>Execute repairs and adjustments to machinery, components, and systems with precision and attention to detail</li><li>Maintain organized maintenance logs, documentation, and records of all service activities and equipment performance</li><li>Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure efficient workflow in manufacturing operations</li><li>Follow established safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment</li><li>Identify equipment wear and recommend maintenance improvements to enhance operational efficiency</li><li>Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and specialized tire building equipment as required</li><li>Respond promptly to equipment failures and emergency maintenance requests</li><li>Ensure compliance with company maintenance standards and industry best practices</li></ul>",
