The role involves working closely with senior leadership and top-tier global Fund Managers to raise capital from sophisticated institutional investors across the GCC. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Relocation to Dubai is supported.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Role</span><br>As part of Greenstone’s Investor Relations team, you will take direct responsibility for fundraising outcomes across the region. This is not a passive or support-oriented IR role; it is a commercial, relationship-driven capital-raising position with clear performance expectations.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Representing a portfolio of leading global alternative investment funds across private equity, private credit, venture capital, real assets, and related strategies</li>\n<li>Owning the end-to-end fundraising process, including investor targeting, outreach, meetings, roadshows, due diligence, pipeline management, and closings</li>\n<li>Building and maintaining long-term relationships with institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds, pensions, insurers, family offices, and investment firms</li>\n<li>Working directly with Fund Managers to develop a deep understanding of investment strategy, track record, and positioning, and communicating this clearly and credibly to institutional allocators</li>\n<li>Managing a disciplined investor pipeline through consistent CRM usage, accurate reporting, and structured follow-up</li>\n<li>Contributing to a high-performance, accountable team culture with a strong commercial mindset and clear KPIs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Profile</span><br>We are seeking individuals who are commercially sharp, intellectually curious, and resilient, with the ambition to build a long-term career in institutional capital raising.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Successful candidates will typically demonstrate:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in capital raising, fund placement, institutional sales, or investor relations, ideally within private markets or alternative investments</li>\n<li>Confidence engaging senior institutional investors and articulating complex investment strategies in a clear and credible manner</li>\n<li>A results-driven mindset, with comfort working toward defined fundraising targets and performance metrics</li>\n<li>Strong relationship-management skills and the ability to build trust over long investment cycles</li>\n<li>High standards of professionalism, preparation, and execution</li>\n<li>Familiarity with the GCC institutional investor landscape is advantageous but not required</li>\n<li>Arabic language skills are a plus but not essential</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role is best suited to individuals seeking ownership, accountability, and progression within a high-performance, front-office capital-raising environment, rather than purely support-focused IR roles.</p>",
