Infiltrator’s recycling operation is among the country’s top twenty producers / consumers of recycled resins and among only a few of whom consume 100% of that resin in the finished products produced. Infiltrator operates some of largest molding machines and robotics producing the largest plastic molded parts in the world. IWT has always and continues to compete on innovation; we hold over 200 patents.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION: </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Operations: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead Team in the day-to-day operations of Edge Production including Safety (Five S), Quality of WIP and FG products, production scheduling, inventory control, and material handling</li>\n <li>Effectively communicate instructions and mentor Team members in the performance of their tasks.</li>\n <li>Train and direct the activities of production personnel in the areas of equipment operation, quality control requirements, standards and procedures, and recognition of material which should be scrapped or reworked.</li>\n <li>Coordinate and lead continuous improvement and 5S activities. Strive for a world class manufacturing operation every day. </li>\n <li>Assemble label packets, print production tags, and other associated tasks with managing product label requirements. </li>\n <li>Monitor machine efficiency records, analyze, and assist in determining problems when efficiency rate is below standard.</li>\n <li>Monitor general labor as it relates to Safety, Quality, Efficiency, OT, Temp vs Full Time staffing.
