          "text": "<p><u><strong>Job Summary</strong></u></p><p>The primary function is to supervise and direct the production of high-quality brake linings by optimizing equipment and team performance.&#xa0; The worker manages the production operation and works to ensure product quality while achieving production schedules.</p><p>Replacement Position</p><p>Shift Hours: Mon through Thurs (6:00 am to 4:30 pm) (Fridays as needed)</p><p>Compensation Range $65k – $75k <strong>CAD</strong></p><p>Pay is weekly, paid every Friday</p><p><br>\n<strong><u>Principle Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Provides direction and leadership in resolving technical and production-related problems to ensure completion of weekly schedules.</li><li>Supervise approximately 35 production operators.</li><li>Ensure adherence to all safety and quality requirements.</li><li>Oversees and performs maintenance work necessary in maintaining machine operations.</li><li>Trains machine operators on procedures, methods, problem-solving, programming, quality requirements, and safety.</li><li>Resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent delays.&#xa0;</li><li>Performs trial and prototype equipment modifications for brake lining equipment.</li><li>Performs set-up operations for all part numbers and verifies quality by dimensional and process material testing.</li><li>Maintains daily production output and quality reports for corporate transmission.</li><li>Maintain inventory of essential production tools and support materials.</li></ul>",
