Your work will help maintain the property in accordance with ownership and management objectives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>This position is scheduled for Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The pay for this position is $18.00-20.00 per hour.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></p><ul><li>Perform preventative and maintenance and repair work in areas including, but not limited to, appliances, carpentry, hardware, and basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.</li><li>Complete assigned service requests and repairs in accordance with company operating procedures and standards.</li><li>Assist in preparing vacant apartments to ensure they are market-ready and meet company quality standards.</li><li>Maintain community grounds and curb appeal and trash management.</li><li>Be available for on call activity during off hours and emergencies as needed</li><li>Maintain good public relations with residents and vendors</li><li>Assist with annual apartment inspections and identifying action items</li><li>Report violations of lease and house rules</li><li>Timely completion of maintenance request, work orders and ensure tenant’s maintenance needs are being met</li><li>Work with manager to schedule vendors and order necessary supplies</li><li>Maintaining excellent curb appeal</li><li>Help maintaining excellent curb appeal</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u><strong>GSF Benefits:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Medical</li><li>Dental</li><li>Vision</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>401K</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Holidays</li><li>Vacation</li></ul><p><strong>To learn more about GSF Properties, please visit our website at https://www.gsfpi.com/</strong></p><p><br></p>",
