What you'll do
Location: Field-based / London (Central London territory)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
What you'll earn
Guaranteed minimum commission: £2,120/month - permanent, no expiry OTE: £60,000–£70,000 (uncapped) 45p per mile mileage reimbursement Company phone and laptop Free parking via RingGo account Your earnings are uncapped. The more you close, the more you earn.
Responsibilities Attend on-site meetings with merchants booked by the SDR team; demo Flatpay solutions and close contracts (approx. 70–75% of signings)
Generate your own pipeline through referrals and structured cold canvassing (approx. 25–30% of signings)
Present tailored solutions that address specific merchant needs and secure deals
Deliver and install terminals for newly signed merchants and ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Uphold ethical selling standards and champion customer satisfaction post-sale
Share feedback and insights with SDR, marketing, and product teams to strengthen go-to-market execution
Who you are

Excellent face-to-face communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
