Contact customers based on current marketing incentives. Follow up in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership. Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers. Interacting with customers as well as members of all dealership departments. Ability to take direction and work cooperatively with all members of the sales team. Qualifications HS Diploma / GED equivalent Ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales and service call volume, internet leads and call lists Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively multi-task. Must be reliable, dependable. Outgoing personality, ability to influence customers to schedule appointments. Extremely customer service oriented. Excellent written and oral skills.
