Our products protect human life and personal property, improve the quality of life, generate economic prosperity, and connect society.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Job Type: Full time</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Work Location: Palm Beach County</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Job Responsibilities:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Safely operate truck in accordance with all applicable Federal, state, and company regulations.</li>\n <li>Efficiently load and deliver perishable product to customer striving to provide quality and good customer service.</li>\n <li>Follow procedures to ensure truck is safe to operate. When not performing driving, duties assist with plant maintenance, cleanup and other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li>\n <li>Complete required pre and post trip inspections reporting necessary maintenance as required.</li>\n <li>Operate truck to receive load, evaluate slump and drive to job site. Safely maneuver truck on job site, attach chutes to discharge material, clean truck to minimize concrete buildup.</li>\n <li>Complete all forms, tickets and required paperwork in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Keep inside and outside of truck clean.</li>\n <li>Communicate with dispatch, maintenance and plant management to facilitate the flow of information required to provide good customer service.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate a positive attitude and passion for driving.</li>\n <li>Ability to operate equipment, tools, controls, radio, perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists and feet, frequent reaching, climbing (up and down the truck several times a day), stooping, kneeling, crouching and sitting.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Required Skills:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Possess a valid Class A or Class B CDL and ability to maintain a clean driving record.</li>\n <li>Display a professional and courteous attitude to internal/external customers and team members.</li>\n <li>Safety conscious for self and others.</li>\n <li>Ability to pass pre-employment process, including criminal background check, DOT physical, drug screen, and Motor Vehicle Report</li>\n <li>Ready-mix industry knowledge or related industry a plus</li>\n <li>Minimum one year of driving experience with the CDL License.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Working Conditions:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work outdoors with exposure to high and low temperatures and other outdoor environmental conditions.</li>\n <li>Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and OT.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Physical Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Frequent reaching, climbing (up and down the truck several times a day), stooping, kneeling, crouching and sitting</li>\n <li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., multiple times a day</li>\n <li>Operate equipment, tools, and controls, performing repetitive movements with hands, wrists and feet</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>What Titan America Offers you:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Health and Wellness program</li>\n <li>Medical, Dental and Vision insurance</li>\n <li>401 K Saving plans</li>\n <li>Paid Vacations</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Titan America is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) / Affirmative Action employer and welcomes all qualified applicants.
