          "text": "<p>The Research Assistant is responsible for supporting human factors staff during user studies conducted by Insight. This role requires a customer service and hospitality mindset, combined with exceptional organizational and people-skills.&#xa0; You will be interacting with, and supporting, a wide range of individuals including Insight staff, medical and pharmaceutical clients, patients, and healthcare providers.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Coordinate and schedule testing and participant recruiting activities (onsite and offsite)&#xa0;</li><li>See to client and/or participant needs/hospitality during studies</li><li>Assist with creating and collecting study documentation</li><li>Manage study supply inventory</li><li>May be asked to occasionally travel to support offsite studies</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>",
