If you are passionate about trading and believe in discipline, please apply to join our team.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span>MAIN DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Setup and maintain MT4 and MT5 servers.</span></li>\n<li><span>Setting and managing Dealing team.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure and maintain stability of trading platforms.</span></li>\n<li><span>Configure and monitor risk management systems.</span></li>\n<li><span>Configure and monitor Aggregator and Liquidity Providers.</span></li>\n<li><span>Troubleshoot issues on trading platforms, bridge providers and in-house applications.</span></li>\n<li><span>Monitor and optimize trading platforms performance, latency and data providers.</span></li>\n<li><span>Generate reports that can assist other departments.</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage and coordinate the integration of trading platforms with other systems.</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide necessary support to the Back Office/Support/Operations department.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span>CANDIDATE PROFILE</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role within the Forex or financial industry.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong knowledge of MT4 and MT5 administration.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong understanding of market dynamics, client behaviour, and the competitive landscape.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.</span></li>\n<li><span>Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable.</span></li>\n<li><span>Legal eligibility to work (valid work permit).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">This is an on-site position based in Limassol, Cyprus. Candidates must be currently residing in Cyprus and able to work from the office.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Working hours are 8 hours per working day.
