There’s opportunity around every corner and the support to help you achieve your goals.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the role:</span></p>\n<p>Sitting within the Technical Solutions team, the Graduate Process Engineer will contribute to both short-term operational projects and longer-term value-driven work, while building capability within a high-performing team that spans technical, commercial, and strategic functions. </p>\n<p>Hands-on exposure across the full PhotonAssay™ value chain - from site-based metallurgical work through to feasibility study support and stakeholder engagement. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will do:</span></p>\n<p>This role will be a core part of the team delivering a pilot program — involved in the design, execution, and analysis of each stage. The initial pilot will be conducted at a gold mine located in Queensland.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role will be working alongside the site metallurgy team to characterise grade variability, model optimisation opportunities, and test whether faster assay feedback translates into measurably better plant performance. </p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>Following the site program, the role will be involved in the analysis and interpretation of collected data — developing business case and value models to quantify the performance and commercial benefit of PhotonAssay™ for the operation.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Working alongside the Technical Solutions team, you will assist with ongoing feasibility studies — including data handling, QAQC, and report preparation.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who you are:</span></p>\n<p><em>Essential</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in metallurgy, minerals processing, geology, geosciences, chemical engineering, or a related discipline</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to different audiences</li>\n<li>Analytical mindset with attention to detail — comfortable working with data, drawing conclusions, and communicating findings</li>\n<li>Collaborative and adaptable, with an ability to work effectively as part of cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships</li>\n<li>Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative — able to manage your own workload and follow tasks through to completion</li>\n<li>Willing and able to travel to mine sites within Australasia, including periods of site-based work</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel</li>\n<li>English fluency </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Desirable</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with analytical techniques used in the minerals industry, such as fire assay, XRF, AAS, or ICP — gained through study or practical experience</li>\n<li>Some exposure to QAQC protocols, sampling theory, or statistical interpretation of assay data</li>\n<li>Experience with data analysis tools or programming languages, particularly Python — candidates with this background may have the opportunity to contribute to database development work</li>\n<li>Any prior exposure to mine site or processing plant environments — vacation work, internships, or university placements </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who we are (Our values):</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safety is a Non-Negotiable</span> - Safety isn’t just a value — it’s our way of life.
