Description Major Accounts/Intercompany Channel Support Representative As a Channel Support Representative you are responsible for the effective processing and logistics flow of our total order flow process; such as to guarantee the timely and cost effectiveness delivery of goods from the supplier to the customer by controlling and resolving problems, adjusting processes, developing procedures and managing the exceptions. Take appropriate actions by researching and resolving problems or complaints regarding inaccurate and/or improper deliveries, damages and claims. Supply all required information and documents regarding delivery, customs regulation and formalities, transportation/shipping and invoicing/e-invoicing. Inform the customers about prices, delivery times, content of the order and any other commercial or technical information by phone, email and online Process Quotes based on sales or customer input Process orders and complaints Troubleshoot issues and connection issue of the orders transferred via EDI or other solutions Qualifications: Intermediate-level (MBO) or equivalent in experience. At least 1 year of experience in general office, accounting, shipping, or transportation. Self-sufficient, problem solver, can-do mentality. Customer focused – supporting our customers with the company values in mind. Good computer skills Good skills in using ERP - CRM system Good Skills in using Excel. Fluent in these languages: English and one of the European Languages is a plus. Full time position (40hrs) Hybrid work schedule Able & willing to work in Netherlands, Eindhoven (you have a work permit).
