    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>\n Position Title: <b>Site Maintenance Crew Lead</b>\n</div>\n<div>\n Division: Operations\n</div>\n<div>\n Reports To: Maintenance Foreman\n</div>\n<div>\n FLSA Status: Non-Exempt\n</div>\n<div>\n Salary Schedule: MCL\n</div>\n<div>\n Work Days: 244\n</div>\n<div>\n <br>\n</div>\n<div>\n <b>Essential Duties:</b>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li><span>Provide direction to assigned Site Maintenance Technicians and accurately complete all assigned work in a timely, effective, and efficient manner.<span> </span></span></li>\n  <li><span>Promote good relations and display a positive image with customers, the public, and peers.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Complete and submit all paperwork as required.<span> </span></span></li>\n  <li><span>Provide feedback to Facilities and Maintenance Director in the event of any Site Maintenance Technician performance issues. <span> </span></span></li>\n  <li><span>Maintain the proper parts inventory on the district vehicle to meet the majority of assigned maintenance work requests.<span> </span></span></li>\n  <li><span>Take proper care of, and maintain, district vehicles, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the responsibilities of the position, as well as to ensure maximum usage.<span> </span></span></li>\n  <li><span>Plan, stage, and complete the cleaning, inspection, maintenance, and installation of all types of equipment assigned to the trade.<span> </span></span></li>\n  <li><span>Initiate and complete assigned projects in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.<span> </span></span></li>\n  <li><span>Immediately report any issues that may have an impact on school or employee safety.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.</span></li>\n </ul>\n <div>\n  <b>Qualifications:</b>\n </div>\n <ul>\n  <div>\n   <li>Must possess the qualifications required to hold Crew Lead classification.</li>\n   <li>High school diploma or state-approved High School Equivalency (HSE).</li>\n   <li>Must hold a valid State of Georgia driver’s license with no more than eight (8) points against the license over the last seven (7) years.</li>\n   <li>Exceptional integrity, commitment to confidentiality, excellent character, and strong professional reputation.</li>\n   <li>Ability to abide by the Georgia Professional Standards Code of Ethics for Educators.</li>\n   <li>Must be regularly, predictably, and reliably at work.</li>\n   <li>Ability to be present at the physical worksite.</li>\n   <li>Ability to perform tasks involving prolonged periods of standing, walking, sitting, stooping, reaching, crawling, kneeling, and climbing (stairs, lifts, and ladders).<span> </span></li>\n   <li>Ability to perform routine physical activities including, but not limited to, repetitive motion, bending, lifting/pushing/pulling up to 75 pounds, and heavier weights with assistance. <span> </span></li>\n   <li>Vision, hearing, written, and verbal communications are essential factors in performing required tasks.</li>\n   <ul>\n    <div>\n     <br>\n    </div>\n    <div>\n     <br>\n    </div>\n    <div>\n     <br>\n    </div>\n   </ul>\n  </div>\n </ul>\n</div>",
