The position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and environmental standards, and the ability to follow established procedures in alignment with the company values and operating philosophy.</p><p><br/></p><p><u><strong>ACCOUNTABILITIES:</strong></u>·  </p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Prep and Paint Product – Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, or applying primer as required. Apply paint or coatings using spray equipment or manual methods, ensuring even coverage and adherence to quality and safety standards. Maintain painting equipment and ensure proper ventilation and handling of materials.</li><li>Component Assembly - Assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and equipment as directed by work instructions or supervisors.
