Licensed Psychotherapist (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC)
Compensation: Starting at $40 per hour; paid bi-weekly ( Estimated annual earning potential of up to $115,000 w/ benefits)
* $40-$60/hour for Master's Level Therapists
* $50-$75/hour for Doctoral Level Therapists
Employment Type: W-2 Full-Time or W-2 Part-Time Employee; Exempt
Schedule: Build your own schedule - office hours include: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm; Saturdays 9am-1pm
Location: This is a hybrid role based out of San Diego, CA (Rancho Bernardo)
Role Summary
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
Licensed Therapist Responsibilities
Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation Full Time: Maintain an active caseload of approximately 5–6 clients per day; minimum of 25 clients per week required Part Time: Maintain an active caseload of approximately 3-4 clients per day; minimum of 15 clients per week required Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies
