    "requisitionDescription": "<ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li><strong>PURPOSE</strong><ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><li>Define tasks of Equipment Operator/Line Technician&nbsp;</li><li>Successfully pass Mechanical Aptitude Testing <strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ol></li></ol><ol start=\"2\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><li><strong>PROCEDURE</strong><ol start=\"2\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><li>Set up equipment.</li><li>Inspect and maintain all line equipment, Multivac, checkweigher/Metal Detector, Code Dater, Labelers, ADCO, etc.. Verify recipe setting is correct.</li><li>15 minutes before start of shift, cycle the T800 and correct any issues prior to running.&nbsp;</li><li>All lines must start at the shift time. (600am-1<sup>st</sup> Shift/300pm 2<sup>nd</sup> Shift)</li><li>Late starts must be documented and reported to Plant Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.</li><li>Target line speed is a minimum of 70 packs/min during all operational run times.&nbsp;</li><li>Inspect packages on the line and work with line leads operation supervisor to improve tray filling and overall process quality.&nbsp;</li><li>Change film, adjust print format, adjust machine settings as needed to keep line running efficiently with reduced rework issues. Before making setting adjustment notify maintenance supervisor</li><li>Verify that O2 reading and burst test results meet acceptance criteria in coordination with QA.</li><li>Track Aptean issues and report any issues that are keeping the line under the targeted 70 packs/min. If you stop the machine, select the correct DT code.</li><li>If there is a mechanical issue, try to resolve making known adjustments. If this does not resolve the issue, call maintenance and Plant Manager immediately.</li><li>Work with Maintenance technicians on all assigned PM work, may include weekends.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ol></li></ol><ol start=\"3\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><li><strong>MONITORING</strong><ol start=\"3\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><li>QC technicians will document product checks every hour during production.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ol></li></ol><ol start=\"4\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><li><strong>CORRECTIVE ACTIONS</strong><ol start=\"4\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><li>Any issues regarding Corrective Actions need to be escalated to the Plant Manager.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ol></li></ol><ol start=\"5\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><li><strong>RECORDS</strong><ol start=\"5\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><li>Monitor Aptean and log all equipment issues correctly.</li><li>Submit in final paperwork to the Plant Manager and Maintenance Supervisor at the end of the shift</li></ol></li></ol>\n",
