    "description": "<p>We are seeking a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Backend &amp; Integration Engineer</span> to design, develop, and manage scalable backend systems and seamless integrations across platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong Java expertise who enjoys building APIs, working with microservices, and enabling efficient data exchange between systems.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do:</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, and maintain backend services using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Java (8+)</span> and Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring Cloud, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate)</li>\n<li>Build and manage <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RESTful APIs</span> for system integrations and external/internal services</li>\n<li>Implement and support data exchange solutions using standards such as <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">HL7, FHIR, JSON, and XML</span></li>\n<li>Work with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">microservices architecture</span> across distributed systems</li>\n<li>Integrate third-party systems, applications, and platforms, ensuring smooth and reliable data flow</li>\n<li>Perform testing (unit, integration) and troubleshoot issues to ensure system stability</li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, QA, and DevOps</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and industry standards</li>\n<li>Maintain technical documentation and support system enhancements</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For:</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">4-6 years of hands-on experience</span> in backend development using Java (8+)</li>\n<li>Strong experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Spring Boot and related frameworks</span></li>\n<li>Solid understanding of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">microservices architecture and distributed systems</span></li>\n<li>Experience designing and consuming <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RESTful APIs</span> (Swagger/OpenAPI is a plus)</li>\n<li>Proficiency in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SQL</span> and working with databases</li>\n<li>Familiarity with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">integration standards</span> (HL7, FHIR) and data formats (JSON, XML)</li>\n<li>Understanding of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SDLC, version control, and CI/CD pipelines</span></li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li>\n<li>Good communication and collaboration abilities</li>\n</ul>",
