    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Company Overview</span></p>\n<p>Sentry is a design-build general contractor with self-perform capabilities, delivering projects from concept through completion across commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and infrastructure markets.</p>\n<p>With in-house divisions including construction, electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, and controls and automation, Sentry executes work with a high level of control over quality, schedule, and overall project performance.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></p>\n<p>Sentry is actively expanding into the Denver market and is seeking a Construction Project Manager to help lead that growth.</p>\n<p>This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects, work directly with decision-makers, and play a key role in how work is executed in a new and growing region.</p>\n<p>This is a hybrid role based in or near Denver. Candidates will support projects locally while also collaborating with Sentry’s headquarters in Watertown, South Dakota. Travel is structured and purposeful, not constant.</p>\n<p>The Project Manager will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, working directly with field leadership, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful execution.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead construction projects from preconstruction through completion, including planning, execution, and closeout</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall execution strategy</li>\n<li>Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation</li>\n<li>Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams across multiple scopes of work</li>\n<li>Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure strong field execution and accountability</li>\n<li>Track project costs, forecast financials, and maintain budget control</li>\n<li>Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders</li>\n<li>Identify risks early and solve problems proactively to keep projects on schedule</li>\n<li>Ensure clean, accurate, and timely project closeout</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>4–10+ years of experience in construction project management</li>\n<li>Experience managing commercial, industrial, or manufacturing projects</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and cost control</li>\n<li>Field experience or strong field knowledge required</li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades</li>\n<li>Strong communication and leadership skills</li>\n<li>Experience with <span>Procore</span> or similar platforms preferred</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation</span></p>\n<p>$95,000–$120,000 annually, based on experience and project background<br>Additional consideration for candidates with strong project portfolios or leadership experience</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li>\n<li>401(k) with company match</li>\n<li>Paid time off and holidays</li>\n<li>Company vehicle or travel support based on role needs</li>\n<li>Opportunities for advancement within a growing organization</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Sentry</span></p>\n<p>Sentry is built to execute.
