      "value": "3+ years of experience in system engineering or IT infrastructure roles. <ul><li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud migration strategies. </li><li>Strong  knowledge  of  VMware,  Hyper-V,  Windows  Server,  Unix,  Active  Directory,  Horizon/Citrix, </li><li>and networking. </li><li>Experience with Azure networking (VNets, NSGs, Application Gateways) and Azure Virtual Desktop. </li><li>Familiarity with cloud migration tools such as Azure Migrate or VMware HCX. </li><li>Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. </li><li>Good team player with a proactive and positive mindset. </li><li>English fluency (German and/or Portuguese is a plus).</li></ul>Nice to Have: <br><ul><li>Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305). </li><li>Experience with hybrid cloud environments. </li><li>Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Bash).</li></ul>"
