We’re passionate about providing healthcare professionals the most valuable and complete solutions to improve hospital efficiency and enhance patient care.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p>\n<p>Responsible for the processing of all materials including receiving, shipping, inventory control, label room, transacting raw materials to I returns from work orders, control and safe handling of formulation chemicals I biologicals, controlling labeling materials, transacting finished goods, processing and delivering expense materials, etc.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Physically handles all aspects of raw materials and finished goods. </li>\n <li>Receive and transacts raw and intermediate materials into inventory. </li>\n <li>Physically issue and transact raw material and intermediates to work orders.  </li>\n <li>Physically return and transact un-used raw material and intermediates from work orders.  </li>\n <li>Demonstrate GMP in all paperwork.  </li>\n <li>Print and issue labels required by Finishing Department; ensure printers are in proper condition.  </li>\n <li>Reconcile returned label quantities.  </li>\n <li>Assist with investigation of label and IFU discrepancies on production line per FDA regulations.</li>\n <li> Review line clearance forms for compliance to GMP. </li>\n <li>Supports incoming inspections group as needed. </li>\n <li>Staging and organization of finished goods. </li>\n <li>Prepare outbound shipments and bills of lading. </li>\n <li>Safe handling and storage of chemical and biological inventory. </li>\n <li>Detect paperwork errors prior to data entry transaction. </li>\n <li>Monitors temperature sensitive materials and ensures they are properly stored. </li>\n <li>Maintains good housekeeping I 55 in warehouse.</li>\n <li> Performs cycle counts; Assists in inventory reconciliations.</li>\n <li> Move between functional areas on demand per the needs of the Materials dept.  </li>\n <li>Demonstrates competency in all functional areas of responsibility. </li>\n <li>Other related duties as assigned by supervisor or dept. manager</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Budget Managed</strong> <strong>(if applicable):</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>N/A</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Internal Networking/Key Relationships:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>To be determined based on department needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills & Capabilities: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>PC skills (MS Excel, Inventory Systems, MRP Systems)</li>\n <li>SAP Experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail</li>\n <li>Accuracy of transactions.</li>\n <li>Excellent Communication and Quantitative math skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a multi-task faced paced production environment.</li>\n <li>Be a \"hands on\" learner and to rotate between a variety of duties.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>H.S. Diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in a computerized warehouse environment.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>This position requires the ability to lift and move materials per current OSHA standards.</li>\n <li>This position requires the ability to operate forklifts, order pickers, motorized pallet jacks, and other powered industrial trucks (PIT) </li>\n <li>Work up to heights of 30' picking materials off warehouse racks using safety harness</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Travel Requirements:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>N/A </li>\n</ul>\n<p>The hourly wage range Werfen reasonably expects to pay for the position is $21 to $25.
