    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Vanderlande Logistics is searching for a<strong>&nbsp;Sr. Project Manager</strong> to support our East Coast programs. This position will organizationally report to the Director of Airport Operations, and in the project to the Executive Program Manager.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This individual participates in the development and support of the project/program plan with the project teams including activities such as, defining schedule, budget, risk, change, opportunity and resource management activities. Ensures continuous improvement activities are created and executed as necessary throughout the project life.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Independently performs important areas of standard professional level work that typically require processing and interrupting, more complex, less clearly defined issues. Identifies and resolves readily identifiable, clearly defined problems. Supports all airport logistic projects to ensure adherence to Vanderlande policies and guidelines.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supports the overall management of contractual relationships, design, manufacturing, subcontractors and installation of baggage handling systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Establish, manage, and maintain strategic relationships with senior representatives of key stakeholder groups including airline and airport management, vendors, and subcontractors.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Understands airports operations and can speak to how baggage systems operate to any and all stakeholders &ndash; internal corporate management, airlines, general contractors, local government, etc.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrates working knowledge in multiple disciplines to the successful completion of complex assignments.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Preempts potential problems and provides effective solutions in reaction to application of concepts, techniques, knowledge, or processes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Executes all aspects of change management throughout the course of the projects and reassesses the resource requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Host and /or attend project coordination meetings with stakeholders, consultants, general contractors, architects and clients.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrates knowledge of organization&rsquo;s business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Establish project goals and organize daily activities to progress towards achievement of the goals.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Create and nurture effective communication within the organization; build strong teams through open communication by collaborating.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify operational and business constraints.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and/or participate in lessons learned and quality reporting for organizational improvement.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Plan projects from start to finish, including identifying processes, deadlines, and milestones.
