    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span><br>Morrison Express is seeking an experienced <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Regional Air Product Lead </span>to lead the growth and development of our airfreight product across Southeast Asia &amp; Pacific (SEAP) in alignment with Corporate Air Product guidelines.</p>\n<p>This role is responsible for driving procurement excellence, strengthening carrier partnerships, developing consolidation programs, and ensuring our product remains competitive in a fast-changing market. The successful candidate will combine strategic insight with strong execution capabilities to deliver measurable commercial results and create long-term value for customers, partners, and the business.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Airfreight Product Strategy &amp; Market Analysis – </span>Define and execute the regional airfreight product strategy, setting clear goals for market share, volume, and margin growth. Leverage market intelligence and data analytics to track trends, identify new opportunities, and continuously refine pricing, product design, and performance for stronger competitiveness.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Carrier Management &amp; Procurement</span> – Build and maintain strong partnerships with airline carriers. Lead negotiations to secure competitive pricing, reliable capacity, and sustainable long-term agreements.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Consolidation Development</span> – Design and implement SEAP-wide consolidation to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability, creating win–win solutions for customers and carriers.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tender &amp; Pricing Leadership</span> – Support global and regional RFQs by developing competitive and customer-focused pricing strategies while safeguarding internal margin targets.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Performance Management</span> – Establish and track KPIs (e.g., procurement savings, yield, capacity utilization, and profitability). Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen overall product performance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years’ experience in airfreight, with proven expertise in procurement, carrier relationship management, consolidation, and commercial development.
