Description
SUMMARY: The Human Resources business Partner is a strategic and results-driven member of the team. The HRBP will serve as a consultant and advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance, talent development, and employee engagement.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Partner with business leaders to understand and support strategic goals, ensuring alignment with HR programs and practices. Function as a trusted advisor to management and employees on all HR-related matters, including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and organizational design. Lead workforce planning and talent strategy initiatives to ensure the right talent is in place to meet current and future business needs. Implement and support diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies within the business unit. Guide and coach managers on employee relations issues, performance concerns, and HR policy interpretation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies that drive performance and improve employee engagement. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, and Benefits teams to deliver integrated HR services. Support organizational change initiatives, including restructures, and system implementations. Champion a high-performance culture by supporting continuous feedback, recognition programs, and leadership development efforts. Additional duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY/BUDGET HRBP might have a direct report based on organization they are supporting.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner, HR Manager or Generalist role supporting business units. Experience in a fast-paced CPG, manufacturing, or distribution environment strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance. Proven ability to influence and build credibility across all levels of an organization. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency and adaptability. Proficiency with HRIS systems (ADP workforce now preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. Project Management experience a plus Bilingual; English - Spanish required in Sebastopol; Bilingual a plus in SOMO.
Travel Requirements : Infrequent travel may be required as we expand into new markets. Office Hours/Location: This position is based in Rohnert Park. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 – 5:00 pm. This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility to occasionally work remotely. Expected in-offices days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Compensation range is $98,400 – $129,150.00

The HRBP will serve as a consultant and advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance, talent development, and employee engagement.\n ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Partner with business leaders to understand and support strategic goals, ensuring alignment with HR programs and practices.\n Function as a trusted advisor to management and employees on all HR-related matters, including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and organizational design.\n Lead workforce planning and talent strategy initiatives to ensure the right talent is in place to meet current and future business needs.\n Implement and support diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies within the business unit.\n Guide and coach managers on employee relations issues, performance concerns, and HR policy interpretation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.\n Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies that drive performance and improve employee engagement.\n Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, and Benefits teams to deliver integrated HR services.\n Support organizational change initiatives, including restructures, and system implementations.\n Champion a high-performance culture by supporting continuous feedback, recognition programs, and leadership development efforts.\n Additional duties as assigned.\n SUPERVISORY/BUDGET HRBP might have a direct report based on organization they are supporting.\n REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.\n 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner, HR Manager or Generalist role supporting business units.\n Experience in a fast-paced CPG, manufacturing, or distribution environment strongly preferred.\n Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.\n Proven ability to influence and build credibility across all levels of an organization.\n Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency and adaptability.\n Proficiency with HRIS systems (ADP workforce now preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.\n Project Management experience a plus\n Bilingual; English - Spanish required in Sebastopol; Bilingual a plus in SOMO.\n Travel Requirements : Infrequent travel may be required as we expand into new markets.\n Office Hours/Location: This position is based in Rohnert Park.
