The candidate should be a seasoned Senior Technical Leader with expertise in system architecture, development, release management, support and agile/scrum delivery. The candidate should be an experienced and dynamic individual overseeing end-to-end project deliveries and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to delivery excellence.&nbsp;\n </div>\n <div>\n  This role demands astrong understanding of a diverse set of technologies, including .Net framework, SQL, TSQL, ETL tools, Visual Basic, Azure Dev Ops and Data Warehousing.&nbsp; The ideal candidate should be adept at analyzing existing codebases, identifying &amp; troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective scalable solutions.&nbsp;\n </div>\n <div>\n  <br/>\n </div>\n <div>\n  <b>Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities</b>\n </div>\n <div>\n  Strategic Focus\n </div>\n <div>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Analyse and improve system performance to handle high transaction volumes and minimize latency.</li>\n   <li>Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/CD) pipelines for efficient software delivery.</li>\n   <li>Experience with cloud services like Azure for hosting financial applications and databases.</li>\n   <li>Deep understanding of object-oriented design and modern software architecture and design patterns.</li>\n   <li>Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall SDLCs to align with project delivery strategies.</li>\n   <li>Collaborate closely with business partners, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div>\n  Operational Management\n </div>\n <div>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Develop and maintain complex systems using TSQL, SQL Server, C#, .Net, IIS, Visual Basic, ETL tools, and data warehouses.</li>\n   <li>Create complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze financial data.</li>\n   <li>Identify and fix bottlenecks in both code and database queries &amp; stored procedures.</li>\n   <li>Develop secure APIs and services for financial data exchange.</li>\n   <li>Develop SSIS packages to import/export data and automate workflows.</li>\n   <li>Writing clean, scalable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.</li>\n   <li>Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure application stability and quality.</li>\n   <li>Coordinate delivery of product transformation efforts, client requests, maintenance items, and production fixes.</li>\n   <li>Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, workflows, and development processes.</li>\n   <li>Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, TFS, SharePoint, and SQL Server administration.</li>\n   <li>Experience with Appian workflow development and Front Invest accounting application (as strategic tools).</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div>\n  People Leadership\n </div>\n <div>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders.</li>\n   <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.</li>\n   <li>Coordinate delivery efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders.</li>\n   <li>Support knowledge sharing and documentation to uplift team capability.</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div>\n  Governance &amp;
