    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">ILSC-New Delhi is seeking qualified and dynamic Hindi Teachers available for teaching, between the hours of 10am and 5pm, Monday through Friday or weekend shifts, between the hours of 10am and 5pm</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Successful candidates will be comfortable teaching a diverse range of adult English Language programs and courses. A teaching certification in teaching Hindi is required for this position.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Job Duties: </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Teaches lesson(s) prepared by the classroom teacher utilizing various materials and technologies as required. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Leaves details for the teacher if covering a class to support a smooth transition back to the classroom teacher. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Maintains current and accurate class records. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Maintains attendance records daily. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Enforce Hindi Only Policy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Performs other related duties as assigned. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes: </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">A teaching certification in teaching Hindi preferably familiar with the communicative approach to language learning</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ability to communicate fluently and accurately in written and oral Hindi </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Able to communicate in English</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Demonstrated proficiency with current technology tools and online learning platforms including: </span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Excel</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Zoom and Teams in a classroom setting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Online and hybrid teaching experience preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Demonstrated to deal effectively and courteously with students and staff, who may come from differing cultural and linguistic backgrounds. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize and complete tasks with minimal supervision. </span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">About ELS, ILSC &amp; Greystone College </span>               </span></p>\n<p><span>A world leader in language education &amp; vocational training, ILSC Education Group, which opened its first language school in Vancouver, Canada in 1991 and Greystone College in 2002, offers life-changing educational experiences in Canada, Australia, and India, some of the world’s most attractive and popular English-speaking work and study destinations.
