    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.23.16/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.23.16/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The maintenance technician is responsible for supporting production, facility, building and support equipment repairs, maintenance and preventative maintenance. &nbsp;This position reports to the Master Scheduler. This position is located in Gainesville, GA.</p><p><strong>Principle Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Trouble shooting and repairing all production equipment.</li><li>Creating and completing PM&#39;s in MaintainX in a timely manner.</li><li>Understanding of electric, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics.</li><li>Use tool manuals, technical documents and other resources.</li><li>Perform preventative maintenance tasks daily/weekly/monthly.</li><li>Trouble shooting and repairing all support and facility equipment.</li><li>Installing and changing electrical circuits as needed.</li><li>Ability to communicate with vendors.</li><li>Able to perform in a team environment.</li><li>Required following all safety rules, use of proper PPE, and report any safety concerns.</li><li>All other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Experience and Education Required</strong></p><ul><li>1-3 years of experience in maintenance.</li><li>2-year technical degree preferred.</li><li>Must have technical and IT experience such as Microsoft systems and MaintainX.</li><li>Must be able to operate a forklift.</li><li>Must have welding experience.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Able to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 50 lbs</li><li>Requires standing continuously and walking occasionally throughout the day up to ten hours</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>HBD Industries is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
