We move quickly, work efficiently, and enjoy an environment defined by competence.\n\nWe are looking for a BI Analyst to oversee day to day visualizations, data validation, and stakeholder reporting. This person ensures leadership has fast, accurate insights from our data warehouse without bottlenecks.\n\n Requirements\n\nPosition Responsibilities:\n\n Build and maintain performance dashboards\n Validate data across Shopify, Amazon, Recharge, GA4, Klaviyo, and marketing platforms\n Investigate and reconcile discrepancies across systems\n Work directly with the Head of Data to ensure metrics definitions and transformations are consistent\n Surface actionable insights and trends for decision makers quickly\n Build clean, self service dashboards (in Sigma Computing but has similar experience Tableau, Looker, Power BI)\n Oversee weekly and ad hoc reporting needs for marketing, operations, and finance\n Document logic and sources to keep dashboards accurate as data models evolve\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n 3–4 years hands on SQL experience building and validating datasets\n Comfortable joining large tables, using window functions, CTEs, aggregations, and troubleshooting discrepancies\n Familiar with Snowflake, BigQuery or a similar cloud data warehouse (permissions, basic query tuning, lineage awareness)\n Capable of validating metrics (e.g., Shopify vs Snowflake vs Amazon totals)\n Strong attention to layout, speed, and usability\n Prior experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central data\n Exposure to subscription platforms (Recharge, Loop, etc.)\n Familiar with Google Analytics / GA4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Klaviyo metrics\n\n \nPreferred Skills:\n\n Familiarity with dbt Cloud (not required to build models; just to read and test).\n Basic comfort with GitHub for version control or data documentation.\n\n Benefits\n\nSalary Range: $75 95k + equity + benefits"
