In this role, you will drive the planning, coordination, and execution of pharmacogenomics workstreams, ensuring successful integration of genomic medicine capabilities across a large, distributed healthcare system. The ideal candidate combines deep subject matter knowledge in pharmacogenomics with strong project management discipline and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders across clinical, technical, and operational domains.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Lead Project Manager, Pharmacogenomics will work in close partnership with the Lead Program Manager, clinical teams, laboratory operations, and federal stakeholders to advance genomic medicine implementation goals and deliver measurable outcomes for patients.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead project management of pharmacogenomics implementation workstreams, including planning, coordination, execution, and performance monitoring across multiple sites</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, implementation roadmaps, risk registers, and status reports for pharmacogenomics activities</li>\n <li>Coordinate across clinical, laboratory, informatics, and operational stakeholders to ensure integrated and compliant pharmacogenomics program delivery</li>\n <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmacogenomics-related stakeholder engagement, including clinical leadership, genomics staff, and federal program sponsors</li>\n <li>Establish performance metrics, data tracking frameworks, and outcome measurement protocols for pharmacogenomics workstreams</li>\n <li>Identify and manage implementation risks, dependencies, and barriers across multi-site deployment activities</li>\n <li>Support development of program documentation, clinical guidelines, training materials, and briefing content related to pharmacogenomics implementation</li>\n <li>Collaborate with the Lead PM and cross-functional teams to ensure pharmacogenomics activities align with broader program objectives</li>\n <li>Contribute to change management and clinical adoption strategies to support successful pharmacogenomics integration</li>\n <li>Mentor and support junior project management staff supporting pharmacogenomics activities</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Master of Science (MS) in Pharmacy or related discipline required (Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Genomics, or related field)</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience leading pharmacogenomics or precision medicine program implementation, preferably in a multi-site or federal healthcare environment</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of pharmacogenomics science, clinical application, and laboratory operations</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-site implementation programs with diverse stakeholder groups</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across clinical, technical, and administrative audiences</li>\n <li>Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite</li>\n <li>Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience within VA, HHS, or other federal healthcare system environments</li>\n <li>Project Management Professional (PMP) or relevant genomics/pharmacy certification (e.g., CGMBS)</li>\n <li>Familiarity with EHR integration, clinical decision support tools, and health informatics platforms relevant to pharmacogenomics</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Please note, this role is pending program award with an anticipated Fall start</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About CVP</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>CVP is an award-winning healthcare and next-gen technology and consulting services firm solving critical problems for healthcare, national security, and public sector clients.
