    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">We are looking for dynamic, energetic, and conscientious individuals that can support our clients living with complex injuries/disabilities within their own homes.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The rewarding role of a Community Support Worker includes (but not limited to):</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assisting clients with personal cares, home help, shopping assistance, and meal preparations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Supporting exercise programmes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Moving and handling using hoists and manual transfers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assisting clients to access the community</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Days of Work:</span>  As this is community-based work, rotating rosters would be involved including am, pm and weekend work.
