    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>A kind and worldly family in the Bernal Heights neighborhood of San Francisco is seeking a part-time child friendly housekeeper/family assistant. The position has a flexible start date but ideally asap. The position will be approximately 3 days per week, 15 hours per week though there is quite a bit of flexibility for the right candidate if open to cooking or childcare duties. The family is anticipating one day for deep cleaning, one day for tidying/organizing/maintenance, and one day for errands. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Deep cleaning as needed (4-bedroom, 2500 sq ft home)</li>\n <li>Family laundry </li>\n <li>Making beds </li>\n <li>General tidying up in common areas </li>\n <li>Keep the kitchen tidy, including loading and unloading the dishwasher and taking out the trash</li>\n <li>Maintaining organization/figuring out new systems when needed </li>\n <li>If someone enjoys cooking, extra hours can be added for meal prep and cooking</li>\n <li>Making sure that everything is in stock (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc)</li>\n <li>Ordering groceries </li>\n <li>Errands including: dry cleaning, returning packages, etc.</li>\n <li>Managing repairs/mall house projects (finding vendors and tradesmen as needed)</li>\n <li>Occasional evening babysitting of one sweet preschooler </li>\n <li>School pick-up if needed </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Driving ideal but not required</li>\n <li>Detail oriented</li>\n <li>Ideal to have contacts/network already but not essential as long as the candidate can research options </li>\n <li>Pitch-in attitude and a proactive and positive personality</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience working in private homes </li>\n <li>Legally able to work in the US</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<p>$45-65 per hour with benefits to be discussed depending on how many hours per week </p>",
