    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">&nbsp;Maintenance Technician, 2nd shift (Onsite-4:30pm-3:00am)</span></strong></p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Clampco Products, Inc, an Employee-Owned manufact</span></strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>ur</strong></span><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">er </span></strong>of heavy-duty, stainless-steel clamps and couplings has a new opening for an experienced maintenance technician due to an upcoming retirement.&nbsp;</p><p><u><strong>The position is responsibl</strong><strong>e for:</strong></u></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform maintenance activities supporting production operations&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ensure all equipment in use is operating safely and efficiently through coordination and clear communication with maintenance crew on opposite shift&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Coordinate with production on downtime repair estimates</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Performs electrical installation/repair on outlets, lights, fans, and other building fixtures; run conduit, cabling and wires for electrical hook-up for machinery</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and adjust machinery and equipment&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform repairs to electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, single and three phase controls, PLCs mechanical troubleshooting and repair of production machines</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Work with test equipment and electrical troubleshooting up to 480v</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, manuals, to perform required mechanical adjustments and repairs</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Work with the engineering group on installation and debugging new automated machinery</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Demonstrate safe working behaviors including lock/tag out procedures, use of PPE, and safe operation of high-lift and other mobile equipment operation</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Additional daily maintenance functions were needed&nbsp;</p><p><u><strong>Requirements of the Position / Experience:</strong></u></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Associate degree or apprenticeship in maintenance technology or similar referred&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>High School or G.E.D. / Additional trade or certifications will be considered</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>3+ years of electrical/mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing in necessary&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>3+ years working in a metal stamping/forging/forming environment highly desired</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Experience with electrical, theory, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and motor controls</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to install, troubleshoot, and maintain a wide variety of industrial equipment using schematic diagrams and manuals as guide</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;
