Jackson Leadership Academy is seeking dependable and flexible <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Substitute Teachers</span> to support classroom instruction in the absence of the regular teacher. Substitute teachers play a vital role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment, delivering lessons aligned with classroom goals, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our scholars.</p>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow the lesson plans provided by the classroom teacher to facilitate daily instruction.</li>\n<li>Maintain an orderly and respectful classroom environment in line with school expectations and values.</li>\n<li>Supervise and engage students in instructional and non-instructional settings (e.g., recess, lunch, hallway transitions).</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with scholars and staff, using age-appropriate language and classroom management strategies.</li>\n<li>Provide feedback to the classroom teacher on student behavior, participation, and any notable incidents.</li>\n<li>Uphold all school policies, including attendance, safety procedures, and code of conduct.</li>\n<li>Adjust instruction as needed to meet the needs of all learners while staying aligned with lesson objectives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma ; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred</li>\n<li>Current Oklahoma Substitute Teaching Certificate (or ability to obtain)</li>\n<li>Prior experience in a classroom or child-centered setting preferred</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal, organizational, and classroom management skills</li>\n<li>Commitment to the mission, values, and expectations of W.K. Jackson Leadership Academy</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>School setting with children in grades PK4–4th Grade</li>\n<li>Requires mobility, standing for extended periods, and supervision of students both indoors and outdoors</li>\n<li>May require same-day or short-notice assignments</li>\n<li>\n</li></ul>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About W.K.
