Consider Hood Packaging Corporation.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0,0,0);font-size: 16px;font-family: Times New Roman;\">Hood Packaging is currently recruiting for a Inline Bottomer Operator for our Tifton, Ga facility who will be responsible for</span><span style=\"color: rgb(74,74,74);background-color: rgba(255,255,255,0);font-size: 16px;font-family: Times New Roman;\">&nbsp;setting up and maintaining production. Included in their duties is ensuring that they read the order properly, ensure all raw materials are available, and follow all quality check requirements and ISO procedures.</span></p><p>FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p>Safety of personnel and equipment, housekeeping, quality, waste amounts, required production reports, quality monitors, other documents or reports as required accurately and timely. &nbsp;Work and performs all duties in an efficient and safe manner. &nbsp;Responsibility for the pre-setup and materials necessary to start an order. &nbsp;Responsible to assure oncoming shift has been communicated to and advised of all pertinent information regarding the machine, orders and status of equipment and personnel. &nbsp;Assist in assuring HACCP, GMP&rsquo;s, Work Instructions, and Food Safety Quality system requirements (SQF) are in compliance. &nbsp;Must know, follow and demonstrate compliance with all safety rules and understand working safely is a condition of employment. &nbsp;Must successfully complete Hood Packaging forklift training class (written and road test) and consistently demonstrate safe driving skills.</p><p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p><p>Ability to bend, stoop, stand, and walk on hard surfaces. &nbsp;Ability to lift 50 pounds or more throughout the shift. &nbsp;Ability to work all shifts including 12-hour shifts/7-day rotating shifts. &nbsp;Ability to work overtime as necessary. &nbsp;Ability to work in hot environments. &nbsp;Ability to use hands, arms and legs to operator equipment and perform job duties. &nbsp;</p><p>KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS</p><p>Must be able to read and understand a manufacturing order. &nbsp;Must understand and demonstrate the mechanics of the machine and properly setting-up the machine to meet the requirements of the manufacturing order. &nbsp;Must demonstrate knowledge and ability to complete a quality monitor. &nbsp;Moderate computer/data input skills are required. &nbsp;Moderate math skills and ability to read a ruler are required. &nbsp;Must consistently meet or exceed start-up/shutdown and waste goals. &nbsp;Must work effectively as a team player and demonstrate and promote positive team spirit. &nbsp;Must be able to successfully communicate with other team members to ensure customer requirements are met. &nbsp;Must demonstrate successful knowledge, practice, understanding and compliance of all current work instructions for the position. &nbsp;Must demonstrate, follow and practice all safety rules, policies, programs and practices always. &nbsp;Must pass Hood Packaging Lift Truck written and driving test to receive license. &nbsp;Must perform to safety and skill levels to retain license. &nbsp;Understand that poor driving record and unsafe acts could disqualify the employee from this position. &nbsp;</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS</p><p>High School Graduate or GED</p><p><br></p><p>Hood Packaging Corporation is an equal opportunity employer and considers applications for all positions without regard to race, gender, religion, national origin, age, marital or veteran status, the presence of a non-job-related medical condition or handicap or any other legally protected status.&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
