Food Service Worker is also required to perform Dishwasher duties.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman',serif;\"><strong><u>Essential Functions and Responsibilities:</u></strong></span></p><ul><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Prepares daily salads and desserts for patients, cafeteria and catering functions.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Delivers and sets-up salad and dessert stations for daily lunch meal.&nbsp;</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Assures that tray line begins on time and proper portions are served per diet order.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Supports patient meal/snack service by ensuring tray line begins on time and proper portions are served per diet order.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Delivers meals with minimal delays and provides patient assistance with tray set up.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Collects meal trays from patient bed side according to established time periods.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Operates cash register accurately entering all cash and charge sales.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Collects and verifies cash register bank as well as delivers and verifies daily cash deposits to accounting.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Daily sets-up cafeteria for meal service, stocking paper goods, re-stocking chips, crackers, juices, milk and condiments.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Sweeps and mops daily, wipe down dining room tables, chairs and booths daily.&nbsp;</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Assists with daily preparation of food items per prep and production sheet.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Pre prepares all food items per preparation and production sheets for patient and cafeteria meal service for next day. &nbsp;</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Serves on tray line in assigned position. Performs tasks to facilitate work flow on tray line. &nbsp;</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Follows all guidelines for proper cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and utensils&nbsp;</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Strips carts and trays;
