This role is ideal for a proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about driving compliance, influencing behavior, and elevating safety performance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead all on-site safety initiatives, ensuring full compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards</li>\n <li>Champion a proactive safety culture through daily engagement, coaching, and visible leadership</li>\n <li>Conduct daily safety meetings, site audits, and inspections to identify and mitigate risk</li>\n <li>Investigate incidents, complete detailed reports, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence</li>\n <li>Partner with project teams, subcontractors, and leadership to ensure alignment on safety expectations</li>\n <li>Oversee high-risk activities including fall protection, scaffolding, steel erection, and excavation operations</li>\n <li>Monitor subcontractor performance and enforce accountability to safety protocols</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven experience managing safety on commercial construction projects</li>\n <li>Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization</li>\n <li>Confident presenter who can lead trainings and engage both field teams and senior leadership</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to investigate incidents and drive meaningful corrective actions</li>\n <li>Experience overseeing high-risk scopes such as fall protection, scaffolding, steel erection, and excavation</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 7 years direct construction safety experience required</li>\n <li>Degree in a safety related field preferred </li>\n <li>OSHA 510 and or 500 a plus</li>\n <li>CHST or CSP preferred </li>\n <li>Advance knowledge of construction safety standards</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills required </li>\n <li>Proficient Microsoft Office skills </li>\n <li><p>Embody HazTek's Core Values of Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Leadership, Accountability</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>HazTek Safety Management is a full-service, objective safety partner, founded in 1997.
