This role will focus on fund-level accounting, financial reporting, investor allocations, and preparation of tax-related deliverables, including Schedule K-1s. The ideal candidate will have direct experience working with private investment funds, fund administrators, or audit/tax firms supporting alternative investment structures.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage day-to-day accounting for investment funds, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.</li>\n<li>Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.</li>\n<li>Handle fund allocations and capital account roll-forwards for partners/investors.</li>\n<li>Prepare and review investor capital statements and waterfall calculations.</li>\n<li>Support tax reporting by preparing and reviewing partnership tax schedules, including <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule K-1s</span> and related filings.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with external auditors and tax preparers during annual audit/tax cycles.</li>\n<li>Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory and investor reporting requirements.</li>\n<li>Maintain fund documentation and support ad-hoc analysis for fund managers and investors.</li>\n<li>Assist in process improvements, system automation, and best practices in fund accounting.</li>\n<li>\n</li></ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active CPA license required.</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li>\n<li>3–7 years of accounting experience, with at least 2+ years in fund accounting (private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, or fund administration).</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of US GAAP, partnership accounting, and tax concepts related to investment funds.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience preparing/reviewing fund financials and K-1s.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with accounting systems (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills for liaising with investors, auditors, and fund managers.</li>\n<li>\n</li></ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience at a fund administrator, audit/tax firm, or within a private investment fund.</li>\n<li>Exposure to complex structures (master-feeder funds, SPVs, co-investments).</li>\n<li>Familiarity with waterfall and carried interest models.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
