Responsible for quality inspections, documentation, inventory, and repair/refurbishment of kits.  Ensures suitability, timeliness, and accuracy of scheduled inspections and maintenance.</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong> include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Evaluate discrepancies in all MEPs, then implement corrective actions</li>\n <li>Evaluate and improve technical and logistics solutions in the acquisition, modification, and sustainment of MEPs</li>\n <li>Instruct aircraft technicians on proper installation and repair of MEPs</li>\n <li>Manage a Quality Assurance program</li>\n <li>Obtain quotes, procure, receive, tag, and track incoming and outgoing MEPs material</li>\n <li>Ensure documentation and drawings are up-to-date and included with MEPs</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge and Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 13 years’ experience in maintenance and inspection of rotary-wing aircraft</li>\n <li>Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Quality Assurance inspector</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma with formal military or industry aircraft maintenance training/certification</li>\n <li>Bachelor's degree preferred in a technical discipline</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong>Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Secret</li>\n <li>A&P certificate preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-VF1</p>\n<h2>Special Note</h2>\n<p>The position is contingent upon candidate’s ability to meet physical and medical requirements as needed by the position; including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local jurisdictional requirements.</p>\n<h2>Benefits and Compensation</h2>At MAG Aerospace, we value your contributions providing our employees with a robust Total Rewards package that supports your total well-being.
