This is not a maintenance role, this is field work tied to heavy lifts, tight tolerances, and critical path schedules.</p>\n<p>We’re looking for people who take ownership and move with urgency while maintaining a Safety First mindset.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute precision setting, alignment, and installation of heavy industrial equipment</li>\n<li>Work directly with crane operators and rigging crews during critical lifts and placements</li>\n<li>Read and work from rigging plans, lift drawings, and equipment layouts</li>\n<li>Perform layout, leveling, and final alignment to spec</li>\n<li>Identify and solve field issues without slowing down the job</li>\n<li>Maintain control of work areas with a strong focus on safety and execution</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of millwright experience in construction or industrial settings</li>\n<li>Proven experience working around cranes and heavy rigging operations</li>\n<li>Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment setting and alignment</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret prints, rigging plans, and layout drawings</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel and work extended hours as required</li>\n<li>OSHA 10/30 preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive pay based on experience</li>\n<li>Per Diem and travel accommodations when applicable</li>\n<li>Consistent project-based work with a growing operation</li>\n<li>Opportunity to grow into lead roles as the division scales</li>\n</ul>",
