As a member of the interdisciplinary care team, you will apply your professional knowledge and clinical expertise to provide safe, high-quality care to patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Nurses on our Endoscopy Unit practice in alignment with the ANA Code of Ethics, the UnityPoint Health Philosophy of Nursing, and the Professional Nurse Practice Model, collaborating closely with physicians, technicians, and other caregivers.</p>\n<p>Our Endoscopy Unit specializes in procedures such as colonoscopies, EGDs, bronchoscopies, and ERCPs, using advanced, camera-equipped instruments to visualize and treat conditions within internal organs. The salary range listed does not include other forms of compensation which may include bonuses/incentive, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits that may be applicable to this role.  </p>",
