Kreischer Miller continues to prosper and grow! With approximately 280 team members located in Horsham, PA, we are currently seeking to add a<strong> Senior Tax Accountant </strong>to our outstanding Tax Strategies team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our Tax Strategies practice has been designed to service a broad range of clientele, from emerging small businesses to large multinational public companies, as well as the private individual.  This position will fill a key role as the firm responds to the dynamic market opportunities available to its Tax practice.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Tax Seniors are given a wide variety of diversified Tax assignments under the direction of talented CPA’s.  At Kreischer Miller, you will have the opportunity to work with business owners in a variety of industries and learn directly from leaders in our firm. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Learn and apply the basics of the daily technology used in our Tax Strategies department.</li>\n <li>Perform work assigned with minimum assistance.</li>\n <li>Lead one or more staff accountants, instruct them in work to be performed, review work completed, and direct necessary revisions.</li>\n <li>Make decisions on all but the most unusual tax matters.</li>\n <li>Support Managers and Directors on our Tax Strategies Team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What makes you a fit for this role?</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role requires above-average attention to details, concern for correctness of work, and strong commitment to tasks completed on time, as a somewhat faster-than-average pace will be the norm.  The position will provide security in a stable work environment, allowing for the ability to plan for, focus on and complete the tasks at hand.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What we're seeking?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>BS in Accounting. CPA license or parts preferred.</li>\n <li>3-5 years of recent tax experience in public accounting.</li>\n <li>Strong commitment to excellence, client service and professional growth</li>\n <li>The ability to work independently and proactively, identifying issues as well as offering potential solutions</li>\n <li>The ability to manage multiple tax engagements</li>\n <li>Ability to build close, lasting relationships</li>\n <li>A straight forward communicator, with a positive attitude, and accountability mindset</li>\n <li>A team player who's motivated to work in a fast paced environment</li>\n <li>A strong ability to understand the “big picture” quickly, identify key issues, and prioritize analysis / output among many competing tasks</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Other Important Considerations</h2>\n<p><strong>Important: Please keep an eye on your Junk or Spam folder, especially if you use Gmail or Hotmail. </strong>Emails from our applicant tracking system (iCIMS) may be filtered there.
