          "text": "<p>Responsibilities Include:</p><p><strong>Management of Purchase Order Lifecycle</strong><br>\n• Creating, approving and placing purchase orders for inventoried and non-inventoried goods.<br>\n• Managing open purchase orders to coordinate delivery dates and to optimize deliveries to support the&#xa0;<br>\nproduction schedule.<br>\n• Recording confirmations from vendors, maintaining purchase orders in ERP with latest details, and&#xa0;<br>\ncommunicating any updates to the internal team.&#xa0;<br>\n• Managing and maintaining vendor information in the ERP system.&#xa0;<br>\n• Serving as the day-to-day contact point for order-related questions from vendors.<br>\n• Working with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepancy issues.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Plant Support</strong><br>\n• Working with the production team to ensure non-inventoried and consumable supplies are available for&#xa0;<br>\nproduction use.<br>\n• Working with the maintenance team to ensure spare parts and supplies are available for preventative&#xa0;<br>\nmaintenance and repairs.<br>\n• Reporting production results via Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) daily.<br>\n• Providing instruction and ad hoc documentation for issue management, including:</p><p>o Inspection records for increased QC or equipment monitoring.<br>\no Unique placards for identifying material, locations or equipment.<br>\no Process descriptions for tracking material, staging waste or recording production disruptions.</p><p><strong>Inventory Management</strong><br>\n• Using the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software platform to reconcile physical activities and&#xa0;<br>\nmaterial inventory with electronic records for financial reconciliation. ERP transactions to include:<br>\no Receiving process material delivered for production use.<br>\no Posting production results to record raw material consumption and process output.<br>\no Completing movement and transfer journals to reflect cycle count results and to resolve inventory&#xa0;<br>\ndiscrepancies.<br>\n• Ensuring the correct receipt of inventoried materials and consumable supplies.<br>\n• Allocating and tracking raw materials to ensure FEFO, environmental compliance, and quality traceability.<br>\n• Defining and managing the program for controlling inventory, including labeling, placards and cycle&#xa0;<br>\ncounts.</p><p><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong><br>\n• Partnering with Quality, Production and Engineering to identify the root cause of raw material quality&#xa0;<br>\nissues and working cross-functionally to propose and implement solutions that uphold quality, delivery&#xa0;<br>\nand cost performance.<br>\n• Generating and assessing proposals for supply chain improvements including changes in suppliers,<br>\nbuying patterns, space allocation and inventory management to support business growth.</p><p>Starting wage: $30/hour.</p>",
