    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Regular shifts you can count on! </strong><strong>Light manufacturing in a clean, temperature controlled-environment!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><u>HERE ARE JUST A FEW OF THE REASONS YOU WILL LOVE IT HERE</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Generous Time Off </li>\n <li>Superior benefits</li>\n <li>Annual merit</li>\n <li>401(k) match</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Shift:</strong>  Monday-Thursday 4:45pm-2:45am</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Hourly Rate:</strong> $18.00</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responsible for the operation of paramount printing and packaging machines to produce high-quality products according to customer specifications.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Sets up and operates machine as required</li>\n <li>Verifies that equipment is ready for operation and that necessary supplies are available</li>\n <li>May perform general equipment maintenance procedures</li>\n <li>Troubleshoots job/machine problems or failures, as needed</li>\n <li>Routinely loads feeders</li>\n <li>Fills out required paperwork including quality documents; initial inspection, in-process, and final inspection sheet.</li>\n <li>Identifies material with poor quality and seeks assistance if needed to correct</li>\n <li>Watches product to ensure mag strips are applied in the exact location required, stopping machine and adjusting as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Previous machine operating experience; one year</li>\n <li>High mechanical aptitude</li>\n <li>Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time</li>\n <li>Lift, move, push or pull up to 50lbs</li>\n <li><p>Elementary English proficiency communication skills necessary</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Meet physical requirements:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Stand for long periods of time. </li>\n <li>All jobs require the ability to lift, move, push or pull up to 50lbs</li>\n <li>Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination</li>\n <li>Good vision with the ability to distinguish color</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong> Printing or graphics experience Manufacturing experience with mechanical ability</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Company Overview:</strong>CPI Card Group® is a payment technology company and leading provider of credit, debit and prepaid solutions delivered physically, digitally and on-demand.
