The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">1. Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to speak effectively with individuals and small groups.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">2. Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, compute rate, ratio, and percentage.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">3. Must have the ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">4.
