About the Role You'll work in-person from our Austin office as a core part of our US headquarters. You'll launch new markets, onboard dental offices, build relationships with hygienists, and drive growth and profitability across your territories. But this isn't just a growth role. You'll be on the ground floor of expanding our product footprint, cross-selling new products into offices that already trust us for staffing. And because we're AI-native, you won't scale by throwing bodies at problems—you'll work alongside our tech team to build AI-powered workflows that let a small team operate at a scale that shouldn't be possible.
