About the Role You'll work in-person from our Austin office as a core part of our US headquarters. You'll launch new markets, onboard dental offices, build relationships with hygienists, and drive growth and profitability across your territories. But this isn't just a growth role. You'll be on the ground floor of expanding our product footprint, cross-selling new products into offices that already trust us for staffing. And because we're AI-native, you won't scale by throwing bodies at problems—you'll work alongside our tech team to build AI-powered workflows that let a small team operate at a scale that shouldn't be possible. The operators who thrive here are the ones who obsess over building the most efficient, most scalable version of everything they touch. As Teero grows, so will you. We hire for this role at both the associate and manager level—placement is determined through the interview process. Either way, we're looking for adaptable A-players ready to grow with us. Top performers will gain more responsibilities, manage more territories and core processes.
