    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Description:</span></p>\n<p>The Kids Pursuit Coordinator at The Pursuit Church, Minot Campus, is a support leader of our ministry environments encompassing birth through 5th grade. This part-time role supports the ministry through assisting the director in creating safe, engaging and age-appropriate environments for kids and families during weekend services and special events. The ideal candidate is driven to see people participate and be equipped for ministry.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate the scheduling of volunteers who regularly serve across the various environments of our kids ministry.</li>\n<li>Assist the director in the recruiting, onboarding, and training of volunteers who serve within Kids Pursuit to help build the various teams.</li>\n<li>Help develop teams by leveraging volunteer strengths within the ministry.</li>\n<li>Implement curriculum across the various kid's rooms and campuses.</li>\n<li>Lead within the ministry by building relationships with parents and volunteers in our local church in a way that they feel supported.</li>\n<li>Ensure the ministry is maintaining safety standards so all kids and leaders are safe and protected.</li>\n<li>Work collaboratively across our ministries as a local church to execute various events outside of our ongoing weekend responsibilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Other responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be available for “all staff” moments where we are “all in” as a church.</li>\n<li>Engage in ongoing leadership development.</li>\n<li>Attend required regular weekly/monthly meetings.</li>\n<li>Perform other duties assigned by the Kids Pursuit Director and Lead Team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team Manager</span><span> </span>– Able to coordinate teams and keep track of large groups of people.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Equipper </span>– The ability to teach and equip others for ministry.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Galvanizer</span><span> </span>– Can rally and unite people to a common team goal of being involved in making a difference.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team Builder </span>– Experienced in recruiting, onboarding, and equipping a team.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Personal and Spiritual Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professes Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior</li>\n<li>Commitment to personal spiritual growth and healthy lifestyle.</li>\n<li>Model standards and expectations of leaders within The Pursuit, including:</li>\n</ul>\n<p>            – Participation in the life of The Pursuit Church (groups, worship service, serving, &amp; giving)</p>\n<p>            – Abstain from illegal substances and excess alcohol.</p>\n<p>            – Use Social Media responsibly.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How to Apply:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Submit your current resume that includes two non-relative letters of reference.</li>\n<li>Submit an application video that includes: 1) Why God is calling you to this position. 2) Qualifications for this position and why you desire to serve at The Pursuit Church.
