      "content": "<div>• Understand overarching project and program technical direction, develop a comprehensive human factors program, and coordinate a team to achieve overall project success.<br data-start=\"245\" data-end=\"248\">• Ensure compliance with human factors standards and best practices while championing the development of usable and mission-effective systems develop a usable and mission-effective systems.<br data-start=\"437\" data-end=\"440\">• Lead and oversee diverse technical work such as requirements discovery, compliance, workflow and task analyses, user events, and usability studies, etc.<br data-start=\"593\" data-end=\"596\">• Cultivate a collaborative and user-centric culture within the team, fostering a relentless commitment to knowledge sharing, skill development, and the pursuit of user satisfaction.<br data-start=\"778\" data-end=\"781\">• Technical lead on proposals and capture efforts.<br data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"834\">• Work independently on complex tasks, lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with peers, and mentor junior and mid-level team members.<br data-start=\"971\" data-end=\"974\">• Lead and oversee documentation efforts such as Human Engineering Design Approach Documents (HEDADs), Critical Task Analysis (CTA) reports, project briefings, test results, etc.<br data-start=\"1152\" data-end=\"1155\">• Choose, develop, apply, and oversee the application of appropriate tools and standards. Ensure team compliance with human factors standards and best practices.<br data-start=\"1312\" data-end=\"1315\">• Interface with the prime contractor, other teammates, and the government customer to provide human factors expertise.<br data-start=\"1430\" data-end=\"1433\">• Provide human factors design, development, analysis, and evaluation for all aspects of the system across the lifecycle</div>"

      "content": "<div>• A bachelor’s degree in Human Factors Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or a related field.<br data-start=\"192\" data-end=\"195\">• An advanced degree (master’s or PhD) in a related field is preferred.<br data-start=\"261\" data-end=\"264\">• A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience is generally required.<br data-start=\"335\" data-end=\"338\">• A distinguished record of leadership, marked by the mentorship of junior, mid-level, and senior engineers.<br data-start=\"446\" data-end=\"449\">• Comprehensive and advanced knowledge of HF principles, tools, techniques, and standards.<br data-start=\"539\" data-end=\"542\">• A comprehensive understanding of the system engineering lifecycle, and especially HSI considerations.<br data-start=\"645\" data-end=\"648\">• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex human factors findings and recommendations articulately to a wide range of audiences.</div>"
