    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Salary Range:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;$18.59 -$29.93/Hour &nbsp; FLSA-Non-Exempt</p>\n<p>Starting Pay Rate: $45,000 annualized</p>\n<p>Starting Pay Rate with Bachelor Degree: $47,250 annualized&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p>\n<p><i>The following duties are normal for this position. The omission of specific statements of the duties does not exclude them from the classification if the work is similar, related, or a logical assignment for this classification. Other duties may be required and assigned.</i></p>\n<p>Provides public safety support for low-risk situations within the County.</p>\n<p>Operates a County appointed vehicle to respond to low-risk calls; and assists motorists and citizens as needed.</p>\n<p>Enforces ordinances related to parking and abandoned vehicles.</p>\n<p>Directs traffic at street crossing for parades, demonstrations and other events as needed; and assists with crowd control at large events.</p>\n<p>Provides effective and efficient customer service; and promotes and maintains community relations.</p>\n<p>Reports high-risk situations requiring a sworn officer or emergency assistance to supervising officer or Police dispatch.</p>\n<p>Prepares reports related to traffic accidents, hit &amp; run cases, fraud, criminal mischief, adult missing persons, and abandoned vehicles.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Appears in court to present evidence and testify as required.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p>High School diploma or GED required; one year experience in customer service, community relations, or related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge skills and abilities for this job.</p>\n<p><strong><u>Specific License or Certification Required</u></strong>:&nbsp;Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia driver’s license.</p>",
