    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Title:</strong> ESOP Analyst</p><p><strong>Department:</strong> ESOP&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong><br>&nbsp;The ESOP Analyst will leverage their experience in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and ESOP administration to support the firm&rsquo;s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) transaction services. This client-facing role focuses on the support for new ESOP transactions, supporting all phases of our ESOP transaction process: working through financial analysis, deal structuring, bank financing, presentations, and ESOP closing. The ideal candidate will eventually be able to lead new ESOP transactions independently.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Financial Analysis and Valuation</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Develop and analyze financial models to support ESOP valuations and transactions.</li><li>Utilize techniques such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Public Comparables, and Capitalized Earnings to assess company value</li><li>Spread financial statements and adjust for non-recurring or extraordinary items to align with GAAP standards</li><li>Conduct variance analysis, risk assessments, and forecasting to refine financial projections</li><li>Prepare client-facing deliverables, presenting a clear narrative of company performance and market trends</li></ul><p><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Partner with legal teams to align ESOP operations with organizational goals</li><li>Work closely with project managers and senior leadership to maintain efficient information workflows</li><li>Leverage valuation experience in a variety of applications for client-driven succession planning demand&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field</li><li>2+ years of experience in ESOP financial feasibility modeling &amp; valuation</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Competencies</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Proficiency in financial modeling, including DCF and other valuation methodologies</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial analysis tools</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly</li><li>Client-centric &amp; team-oriented mindset with proven problem-solving abilities</li><li>Organized&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Experience in ESOP transactions, valuations, or related financial engagements.</li><li>Certified Valuation Analyst credential or equivalent</li><li>Knowledge of ERISA regulations as it relates to Employee Stock Ownership Plans</li><li>Knowledge of ESOP specific compliance requirements</li><li>Background in commercial banking as it relates to ESOP lending</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div>\n",
