This is a full-stack automation role (80&ndash;85% automation, front and back end) reporting to the Manager of Product Quality, working closely with Development to deliver the highest possible customer satisfaction.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>I&rsquo;ve never heard of CertiPath. Our mission is simple: enable secure, trusted access in an increasingly connected world.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What will my responsibilities include as SSET at CertiPath?</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Proactively engage in defining, evolving, and maturing quality for CertiPath software solutions across the TrustSuite product family.</li><li>Design, build, enhance, and maintain automated test frameworks and infrastructure covering both frontend (UI) and backend (API/service) layers.</li><li>Collaborate with project teams to implement scalable automation processes aligned with the TrustSuite roadmap.</li><li>Take corrective action when needed to ensure the success of our product initiatives and client project scopes and guide efforts to the best solutions and outcomes.</li><li>Work with CertiPath project leadership and product management to ensure that test plans effectively align with feature requirements.</li><li>Leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot with VS Code) to accelerate test development and maintain high code quality.</li><li>Participate in Sprint Planning to understand sprint goals and support the Quality team throughout each sprint.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Location</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Reston, VA (HQ) &ndash; Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What qualifications do you look for?</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li>U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a government clearance.</li><li>7+ years of hands-on automation testing with demonstrated ownership of test frameworks and pipelines.</li><li>5+ years of strong experience with Pytest and Django testing framework.</li><li>Strong working experience in Linux-based environments, including command-line proficiency and shell scripting.</li><li>Proven experience working with containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s), including running and debugging tests within containers.</li><li>Hands-on experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).</li><li>Solid experience with Playwright for frontend/UI test automation.</li><li data-pasted=\"true\">Experience writing SQL queries for database testing.</li><li>Proficiency with API testing.</li><li>Experience with test management tools such as Jira and Zephyr (or equivalent) for writing test cases, creating test plans, and managing test cycles.</li><li>Experience using AI coding assistants to accelerate test development.</li><li>Experience designing test cases, building automation frameworks, and maintaining automated test infrastructure.</li><li>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, information technology, cybersecurity, or equivalent experience in a related field.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>We&rsquo;re extra impressed by folks who have:</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Demonstrated initiative in automating complex or difficult-to-automate processes and communicating tradeoffs clearly.</li><li>A track record of clean, modular, resilient test scripts that scale with product growth.</li><li>Familiarity with PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), digital certificates, or identity and access management (IAM) concepts is a strong plus.</li><li data-pasted=\"true\">Experience with Physical Access Control Systems (PACS).</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What kind of benefits does CertiPath offer?</strong></p><p>At CertiPath, we value trust, flexibility, and investing in our people.
