This is an opportunity to turn \"software\" into a \"strategic asset\" by ensuring the investment in Epicor Kinetic and Advanced MES translates directly into a faster, leaner, and more profitable manufacturing operation through:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Real-Time Shop Floor Visibility</li>\n <li>Eliminating \"Shadow Systems”</li>\n <li>Financial Accuracy and Costing</li>\n <li>Enabling Scalability for Growth</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Business Analysis & Process Optimization</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders and end-users to translate operational pain points into clear functional specifications.</li>\n <li>Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and design \"future-state\" processes that leverage Kinetic’s native capabilities.</li>\n <li>Act as the primary translator between business leadership and the technical IT team to ensure software alignment with corporate goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>System Design & Technical Development</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design and build custom solutions within Epicor Kinetic using Application Studio, BPMs (Business Process Management), and BAQs (Business Activity Queries).</li>\n <li>Lead the setup and optimization of the Advanced MES module to ensure real-time data accuracy and shop-floor efficiency.</li>\n <li>Utilize C#, SQL, and REST APIs to modify existing systems or develop custom applications when \"out-of-the-box\" functionality requires extension.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Data Analysis & Business Intelligence</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data integrity across the ERP environment.</li>\n <li>Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to support executive and operational decision-making.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Testing and Quality Assurance:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure every deployment is stable, scalable, and user-friendly.</li>\n <li>Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, troubleshooting complex system issues and providing root-cause analysis.</li>\n <li>Maintain a robust library of technical specifications, functional guides, and user manuals.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.</li>\n <li>Significant experience with Epicor E10 and/or Kinetic is highly preferred. Direct experience with Epicor Advanced MES (Mattec) is a major advantage.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in SQL (T-SQL/SQL Server) and programming languages such as C# or Python.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to document complex business requirements and translate them into technical logic.</li>\n <li>Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management frameworks.</li>\n <li>Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or ScrumMaster; experience with Power BI or Tableau.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why Cretex?</strong></p>\n<p>In this role, you aren't just maintaining software; you are building the digital foundation of our manufacturing future. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions.
